What Evelina told Forbes Bulgaria
"For me, an international brand starts with trust."
- Evelina Lavrenova, Forbes Bulgaria, July 2026 (translated from Bulgarian)
In the jewelry industry, she sees reputation as something built through quality, transparency and responsibility to the client. That commitment carries through to every piece, made with a Bulgarian atelier whose fine jewelry tradition dates back to the 1990s, and to every lab-grown diamond, accompanied by an independent IGI report.
In the piece, she described New York Fashion Week as the brand’s next step onto the international stage. By September, the Signature Halo Collection had made its runway debut there.

Why the brand works with lab-grown diamonds
Lab-grown diamonds have the same physical and optical properties as mined diamonds. For the brand, they also offer greater freedom in color, size, and design, which is what made the five color expressions of the Signature Halo possible. Every stone comes with an independent IGI report, so clients know what they are choosing before they choose it.
Why Evelina chose to study with the Gemological Institute of America
Fine jewelry comes with its own vocabulary, and most clients are expected to buy without understanding it. Evelina wanted to be able to explain every stone she sells in plain terms, so she chose to study with the Gemological Institute of America.
In 2025 she completed GIA's Jewelry Essentials, Diamond Essentials, and Colored Stone Essentials courses, and in December 2025 she earned the GIA Applied Jewelry Professional (AJP) diploma, covering diamonds, colored stones, and how fine jewelry is made.
"I never want someone to choose a diamond simply because they were told it was the right one. I want them to understand their options, ask questions and feel comfortable making that decision for themselves."
— Evelina Lavrenova, founder and designer

From Bulgaria to New York Fashion Week
In September 2026, the Signature Halo Collection appeared on the Flying Solo runway during New York Fashion Week. The New York platform pairs accessory brands with clothing designers, giving the Halo pieces a new context alongside looks that played with color, shape and proportion. The same modular jewelry took on a different character with every look, as the QEditorial Magazine runway gallery shows.
